I did try the community pack with the pj64 1.6 rice plugin, and suprisingly it loads some of the textures but, the game becomes laggy, and random crashes, so its not playable. And of course I cant get glide to work still. According to everything ive read on it, I need the pj64 2.1 with its built in glide to use the textures. Then I seen the community texture pack just recently and wanted to merge some of its better qualites into my pack. The texture pack I have for zelda is made up of several packs I spent hours upon hours putting together and re naming for master quest. No matter what I did it crashed upon loading a rom ,no error message, just crashes. I did eventually solve this by changing the resolution around but, originally I was told to get glide final for pj64 v1.6. Then I got into star wars pod racer, a game I have had forever that always worked fine before, but now for whatever reason, the screen would not sit correctly. For awhile now I just gave up on it and settled with what I had. If I use mudlord rice 6.1.3 it shows the roads and holes but loads even less of the texture pack. It does however still load the majority of textures in the pack just not all. For reasons Im sure you better understand than me, that plugin wont load all the textures in the pack I put together, infact, in zelda oot, it wont even show any roads or holes in hyrule. So to shed light on my entire issue here, I have been using mudlord rice 6.1.4 for pj64 v1.6 for quite awhile now.

So my hand feels a lil better though I still can only type with my thumb lol. If he's trying to use large pre-existing packs though then you'd be right yeah. If he's just trying to make his own retexture or only replace a few textures in the game, it's really not that hard to just switch to Jabo's MD5 convention for a few files. I'm not presuming he's using a leaked Jabo-only texture pak from some website or anything, but we really don't know what he's using retexturing for. How do you figure? Did he say what retexture he wants to use? Jabo's can't retexture the retexture he wants to use :P II-z-something, you can always test this build: The pj64 build is all bugged, though, with graphics problems in screenshots I've seen possibly from an incorrect static link of the glide-ogl wrapper? So, you never know.not saying it's likely to work, but given he didn't even receive a proper, usefully informative error message to begin with, for all we know it's worth a try.

I also have tried getting v2.1 from several different sorces and still nothin.

I have adjusted these as well as the other setting no matter what I get the same error message. These are the main settings every tutorial has shown. *Use alpha channel fully, compress texture cache both checked. *Unchecked alternative CRC calculation (either way there is no difference) I have also tried using none for the most part in an attempt to simply load a rom but I get the same error message. *Under "Texture enhancement" "format" is Rice Format. As far as I can tell all my settings are exactly as they should be as was every other person who had this issue. I was using rice video for v1.6 loading the texture packs just fine. I've seen others post this issue on other sites with no answers so I really hope someone can help me here. When I attempt to load any rom I get this message:ĬN64System::EmulationStarting: Exemption Caught I have watched several youtube tutorials even looked all across forums with no hope in site. Hi I just updated from PJ64 v1.6 to the 2.1 and cannot get the glide plugin that comes with it to load any roms whatsoever.
